It's a massive pet peeve when people mention this as a pet peeve.

I look at it like this. I put a lot of time and money into my teams, so you are damn right I call it my team. Especially when that team losses. It pisses me off just as much as the does the players.

Same here. I don't mind it at all as long as it's not too over the top.

Anyways, another one I just realized is people who complain about someone else's slider's. I mean most of us are at different skill levels so just because someone's slider set is good for them and a few other's doesn't mean it's ideal for you. SMH

While that is a joke, I should reiterate it in the sense that here I am, a normal guy who wants to have a normal conversation, and they just basically give you the middle finger and next you. I mean seriously, what were you looking for? Obviously not the six guys who were playing with themselves that you just skipped.

What's hilarious is that now CR works in like "rooms" or something, so there are probably like 128 people all in the same lobby that may randomly pair up unless you refresh the page. Because of this, you may re-encounter these people who skipped you the first time and get your chance to flip them off right back and make them feel bad about it.

I seriously came into this thread to say a real pet peeve, but I can't for the life of me remember what it is.

And still don't care if you think I deserve a license or not. Bad conditions or not...It doesn't matter, if I was doing the EXACT maximium speed limit it's likely somebody behind me would want me to go faster. So I've learned not to care about the whims of other drivers.

I've never recieved a ticket for going too slow.

Fair enough, agree to disagree. My pet peeve was basically inconsiderate drivers which sounds like you. The whole statement "I've learned not to care about the whims of other drivers" pretty much sums it up ie I don't care about anyone on the road but myself. Good luck with that.....

Actually it's the reverse.

Drivers who believe staying at or above the maximium speed limit is a given "right" of the road are the inconsiderate and dangerous drivers. I get to watch "fast & furious" drivers everyday whip around me and despite all their speeding and lane to lane swerving...we all end up at the same redlights.

And you're right about one thing... I don't care about anybody else on the road...you or anybody else's desire to drive faster has no bearing on how I choose to operate my vehicle within the guidlines of the law. You're silly to think I'm going to ever get my license revoked for driving safely.

Dr. Lou pronounces Oregon (Ore-a-gone) Lou Holtz is a pet peeve btw. This is a major PP of mine and i cant believe i didnt mention it before. I hate it when people always refer to my favorite college football team as "Ohio". Im not a fan of the Bobcats. Its "Ohio State".....there is a difference. I know FSU fans get this a lot too.

I am sorry but when you have cars behind you and are going below the speed limit for no reason other than you want to, you are being rude and extremely inconsiderate to everyone behind you. When the speed limit says 55, that is the speed that I actually have the right to go as prescribed by the law. So by going slower you are infringing on my rights and you could easily pull over and let cars that want to go faster go by you.
