The way my step dad eats sometimes.

I just walked into the kitchen and he's standing at the bar watching the TV in the living room with a loaf of bread open, mayo, and some other stuff and he will make a sandwich and eat it and then make another and eat that.. why can't he just make a few sandwiches and sit the **** down ?

I don't know why it bothers me, but it does.. stange guy really.

He doesn't spend much time inside at all and you can walk outside almost any time and he's standing in the shop, usually listening to the radio with some random western on the TV on mute.

Just a really strange guy sometimes.

waitresses that mail it in & treat me like I'm inconveniencing them by just being there.

Don't worry... I'm still going to tip you, but it's not going to be what I would've originally offered up (and I always go 20-25% minimum).

I hate that with a passion. For a profession that commission is based upon performance, I just don't get it.

Anytime I get that, I normally don't tip very well. and when I say very well, I mean less than 10-15%. I know, shady, and yes I know that these people rely on tips for a living, but if you're not going to give me quality service, you're not getting quality tips.

And yes, I worked as a server before, so I know how it goes. And yes I had bad days/long days where I did not want to wait on people, but I knew that my attitude paid my bills, so I put on the most fake smile that anyone has ever seen.

Speaking of serving tables, I would hate when I would serve a table, and you can tell the family is rich. So you give the best possible service ever, and they leave you the minimum tip. Or if its a big party, they wouldn't give you additional tip on top of the gratuity that was added to their check.

I'm glad I don't work in the restaurant business anymore..

I guess I don't get that kind of thinking. Why should someone tip more just because they are rich? And I'm not tipping more than required gratuity since its usually 18% which is normal.

Getting a pimple right on my lip. So painful. So ugly. I wanted to be cool and combine lip & pimple as if I made up a word, but a gear grinder about a limple might have been misinterpreted.

I don't like his very few places take the waste vein out of the shrimp, which is why I typically don't eat shrimp at restaurants.
