Being moved to another position when you don't want to be and it makes ZERO sense. Really not a fan of this, at all!

Just making moves for the hell of it. They're big on that at my job as well.

When you got a entire fishing trip planned but you got to be the guide for a group of people.

Basically takes my fishing experience and ruins it because I got to forget about myself and baby everyone around me to put them on fish, cast here, use this, work it this way, he still there do this instead, on and on and on.

Can I just do me and limit out really quick instead of playing daddy to you ****ers!!!!

              Sent from da lil phone.
Normally, I give them a quick tutorial, then tell them that I'm going to let them be. Sometimes you have to learn by experience and I think this is the best way. I put them in a good spot of water, show them a few tricks, then say I'm wading up river.

If they're kids then it's much different. In those cases, I hope you're staying overnight, then wake up REALLY EARLY in the AM.

Oh wait.. I forgot you're on a boat.. Well in that case.. you're SOL. lol

lol yea, lucky they are both older. They called me last night "What you think we should use"? So I tell him "Hitting it early in the am with top waters like spooks, buzz baits, spro frogs, or chugbugs". All I got was "uhhhhhhhhh". Then I realized I have to break it down slow, soooo "ok we going to get there around 5:30 am, then we are going to throw things that makes noise on top the water and floats, its one of the most exciting ways of fishing bass and great for a beginner because you know when the strike occurs". I got in return in a excited voice "OHHH NICE!".

I'm going to put them where the fish are but at the end of the day technique and skill will determine the amount of success. Saltwater I'm way happier to guide for, its easier and does not take the same level of skill that Bass does, so I never like to take people out for bass.

Know this, I'm going to do work and limit out

I know you're talking about work, but this happened to me in football lol.

Last game of the 8th grade season, the coaches moved me from defensive tackle to defensive end, despite the fact that I had never even practiced the position. Not only that, but they also told me to go in on a couple kickoffs. Again, never even practiced with the kickoff team. It was really frustrating.

Been there, done that. 7th grade, I was a defensive end and a tight end the entire year, even though I wasn't very built, just more of tall and lanky. Well, I lifted, gained like 15 pounds for 8th grade, and I got moved to cornerback, safety, and wide receiver. All in all it was a good change, but defensive end was fun!

Oh, it most certainly is, but its always this time of year we get to hear all about "lazy programmers" and how "10 lines of code could've fixed this!" When in reality, no, just, no. I've met REAL lazy programmers, and I've worked with a few, they never last long. It's really just people being ignorant about others jobs, then assuming how it should be done.

10,000 lines of coding is pretty easy for me, but in relative worktime, it's not easy for the company.

If Tim Tebow posted on OS, I'd imagine he'd post this exact thing in the next year or two.

Political/racial/religious discussions* at work. If I wanted to listen to ignorant comments I would just walk into your office and watch Fox News with you. Its amazing how seemingly smart people can make themselves look like a bag of hammers by uttering truly stupid statements and basing their opinions on semantics.

I feel the same way about those type of discussions. People of logic are often outvoiced by people of emotion. The general public doesn't care about facts. They listen to MSM and get caught up in the agenda it spreads.

I had a co-worker state an opinion the other day. To me it was a ridiculous opinion. I asked her what the reasoning behind her opinion was. She said she didn't need a reason because it was her opinion.

I always say, if you ever want to start trouble, walk up to the first person you see and start discussing race, religion, or politics.

                              It simply never ends well.
