It's funny someone mentioned Ellen Degeneres as a gear grinder because the next one I was gonna come in here and say was the Kardashians. **** those people.

And this one's probably more of an uncommon opinion, but why do so many people find Kim Kardashian so attractive? She looks like an alien and isn't even the hottest of the sisters. If it's the curves you like, please, you can find a woman on the street who has great curves and looks beautiful without putting on 20 lbs of makeup.

I don't think the part of her that has makeup is what people find attractive about her

I get it. Every part of the military has it's own unique stressors. If you want to convince yourself things aren't happening that are, I'd challenge you to go life a Marine infantryman life. You'd gladly take whatever you have now back.

What's hard about dealing with every day things? If she (or the male) can't take care of themselves, that doesn't make it hard. It means they need to grow up before they can even think about getting married.

You know what's hard? Standing post for 24 hours when in the past 96 hours you've gotten maybe 3 hours of sleep. Actual combat (not just a "deployment".) Hell, half the deployments the infantry Marines do (MEUs) are a joke and everyone hates them. You haven't lived in the military until you've seen the prison rules society that people deal with in those line platoons.
Yeah I'll just leave it alone. Not worth the pissing contest.

Aah, I see I missed the ol' "athletes are overpaid" discussion.

              Athletes are not overpaid.

Athletes have chosen a career path where other grown men/women will pay a lot of money to watch them work. More power to them.

Athletes don't just sit around half the day and play a game the other half. I think people forget how hard they (the good ones, at least) train for their respective jobs. I don't think athletes are overpaid.

Relatively speaking they are overpaid, but hey entertainment is like that.

If there is a demand that pulls x dollars, athletes deserve a big *** chunk of it. So relative to the owners, they dont get paid near enough.

I totally agree. She wears like 20 lbs of makeup, has fake boobs, and a fake a** but I guess that's what some men like in a woman. I'm sure all her bfs ( It seems like she has new bf each year ) thought she was a living hell including Kris Humphries and of course thanks to this garbage society Kim K became famous for a stupid sex tape just like Paris Hilton. I can only imagine how much worse Hollywood is gonna get in the next 30 years because it seems like so many talentless people are famous like Justin Bieber, Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton and others.

I think CEO's are over-compensated and have forgotten their community and employee responsibilities.

It's weird that you see people freaking out about how much athletes get paid, but you rarely here anything about actors. Robert Downey Jr. banked $50 million for Iron Man 3.
