That's the stuff that makes me mad. I don't care who you like, but don't try to talk crap or rock all the gear like you're a real fan. Stop talking and acting like you know what you're talking about ya fake *** biatch and allow the real fans to bask in the great feeling of being a winner.

So many BS Phillies fans around here. Gimme a break. Glad to see less and less of it around with the golden age of the Phils seemingly behind us.

I catch crap for being a LOLLLL Bills fan, but they respect me.

Can't wait to wear the Cincy Reds hoodie as the Reds enter the playoffs and the weather continues to cool off.

Exactly. The REAL KC (and Buffalo fans, like yourself) have suffered over the years, but stuck with them, never abandoning ship. Now they show signs of turning it around, and out come the fair weather fans. Sickening, ain't it?

I guess Kansas St and Oregon St are pretty lowly too.

People who have to add their political view in EVERY conversation you have with them. I have a couple of friends like that. Was talking about the rain and high winds we had yesterday and my friend says you know blah blah blah. I'm looking at her thinking WTF, I didn't know a person can cause rain and high winds.

Texas pretty well manhandled K State last night. Kansas State and Oregon State also lost to two of the best programs in FCS. Towson is middle of the road. Oregon State has at least won all their games since (but squeaking by a now 0-3 SDSt team doesn't look impressive). UConn has lost them all.

The point remains. If you were to rank FBS schools, UConn would not be in your top 25, nor your top 50. Maybe not even your top 100 right now. Definition of lowly.

Because I haven't done my ratings yet for the year, here is what Sagarin says about the teams you decided to mention. This includes ALL college football teams.

            Kansas State - 44th
            Oregon State - 48th
            ND State - 54th
Towson - 73rd (I still say I need to see some CAA games before I actually think they are that good)
            UConn - 82nd
            Eastern Washington - 84th

              Wives........

Turned on my 360, was about to start playing GTAV, wife walks into the living room, you know the dog needs a bath. I'm thinking why she wait until I got my drink, chips and everything set ready for a long GTAV playing session to tell me give the dog a bath ? Really ?

It is like wives have that I sense you about to have fun without me radar, let me give you something to do to delay your fun.

A guy I work with has NEVER talked about Chiefs football. Never even mentioned he'd ever been to KC. Heck, he never talked about KC sports, period. Meanwhile everyone knows I was born and raised in Cleveland and a C-Town sports fan (I get a lot of sympathy, as well as well wishes now for the Tribe)

Now the Chiefs are 3-0, so what happens? He comes into work Friday after their Thursday night victory sporting what appears to be a brand new Chiefs jersey and ballcap.

                  That's a bandwagon fan, IMHO....
In his defense, I wouldn't tell anyone I was a fan of Kansas City sports either until recently.

But that's the best time. I get laughed at on a consistent basis for being a Bills fan in this area and a Bills fan in general, but one day when I'm old and gray and Buffalo is winning Super Bowl upon Super Bowl, everyone will know that guy who was a Bills fan through the lean years (decade[s]). Something about sticking with and outright showing your colors for your team when they're down is satisfying.
