lol ya, specifically in the aisles where they stand next to a box/container or something so you can't go left(cause the box is there) and can't go right because that person is there.

Or when you stop in a spot(with next to nobody around you) at the grocery for like 20-30 seconds, that happens to be the time that multiple people suddenly have to get whatever it is that your shopping cart is blocking.

I have my own microwave at work and am on the second level by myself. I can reheat whatever the **** I want.

        Usually it's nothing special, though.

If one records someone knocking a victim out (or attempting to) and one can easily identify that person, then they get a $1000 reward.

Hopefully, that will make these little degenerates afraid to play "knock out" for the fear of one of their buddies narcing on them.
This is 2013 almost 2014, the jail/correctional process is now about rehabilitation, not punishment.

In reality a person convicted of this type of assault would have to take an anger management class and have a year of unsupervised probation.

IMO there is no real deterrent for criminals who commit crimes.

But anyway, my gear grinder is when someone assumes something about a situation, then gets involved in said situation because they THINK they know the facts when in reality they haven't a clue.

Just to play devil's advocate and throw you a hypothetical:

You are with somebody you love and I run up from behind and deliver a perfect punch to their face which knocks them unconscious and results in a serious injury and bleeding. I say I'm sorry I didn't mean to it was just a game and then I lay on the ground with my hands behind my back requesting the police to come arrest me for the crime I've committed.

You wouldn't touch me, right? I mean I'm now down and no longer a physical threat to you.

Matrix, microwaving food is bad for your health my man. It depletes the nutrients in the food and actually creates new compounds not found in nature called radiolytic compounds and we don't know how they effect the body yet.

Why didn't anybody tell me this after I've been microwaving for years?

Oh I'm sure I'd react and do something; I tend to have a temper as it is and I understand what everyone is saying with the whole loved one angle, but I'd like to think I wouldn't go with a kick to the face.

I'll present a counter hypothetical. Same situation you just described. I do react, not only do I get on top and start throwing punches, but I follow up with a nasty kick to the face. That kick causes serious brain damage, possibly resulting in death. I didn't mean to do that either, but now I'm going to be charged.

Was it worth it? I'm sure I'd feel I served retribution to someone who deserved it, but the repercussions may have me second guessing the decision.

Not to mention, I wasn't looking at that video from that angle. That's a totally different situation. That guy was clearly a random passerby who decided to get involved. So in his situation, with the same result as I described above, is it worth it? I say hell no.

He hit a female. Sorry, don't feel at all for the guy. If you are going to run up on a female and hit her, regardless of if you had words or not, you are fair game.

Just curious as to how you know this? Is there an article somewhere which clarifies the situation?

There was a article linked to in the comments that had actual quotes from police offers who responded, not just some sensationalized crap.

And I don't feel sorry for the dude at all, I just also think the other guy is a jackass.
