lol, back during the day before internet forums were real popular so if some rumor of something came up, you basically had no choice but to believe it.

People who calls fouls in basketball only when it's near game point. It probably wouldn't have even been a foul for Lebron James in an NBA game. Dude called it on a fast break where I was ahead of him and just stood under the goal and he barely bumped me. Next possession his teammate was in the same scenario and I got the cleanest strip you could get under the goal. From half court the same guy calls a foul, but his teammate at least told him to shut the hell up.

Stuff like that is hard when playing regular games with people, regardless of the sport. Basketball hard to tell what's a foul and so on. Hockey you can't tell what's a penalty. Baseball it's hard to say what's a strike or a ball(unless it's insanely obvious) so it makes these games harder to play cause there's always that person who tries to bend the rules as much as possible because nothing will get called.

Not only is a foul called...there's like a 5-minute shouting match that goes on about the foul call and it stalls the game. Then it gets into a "oh well you called that so I'm gonna call everything too" situation.

Btw when somebody calls carrying in a pickup game I give them the WTF face immediately.

I never call foul, but I will say "and one" sometimes.

I had a dude try to call "5 seconds back to the basket" on me once. Everybody on the court pretty much told him to shut up. They don't even call that **** in the NBA.

As an employee of the USPS, I see this alot. I don't know what to tell you, other than I feel your pain, but since I'm not a carrier, I really don't know how this happens, other than to guess. Our scanning system is manual. So perhaps the person scanned the wrong code, i.e. "delievered" instead of "received".

We have been hiring a bunch of new folks who aren't full time employees. They take over routes and such, after minimal training. That may be another part of the problem.

USPS has a habit of delivering packages to my house that are meant for another house in my neighborhood. Same street number, but different street. Lucky for that guy that I'm honest.

When a food place messes up your order. I know it's easy to just be like "check your food before you take it out of the store" but it just feels awkward at times just checking the food right infront of the person who just made it. Though even then, 9/10 times you could check and it'd be fine, but the 1 time you don't, is the 1 time it is messed up.

So basically, for not checking my order properly, I just got ripped off big time. It was almost like the person who made it just flat out doesn't care about their job anymore. Seriously....the order is correct, they just left out like half the portions they should even be giving out and put it together all weird...

I hate how McDonald's drive thru employees give u your food with the bag folded closed and don't even ask u if u need anything extra like sauces and they basically shoo u away before u can ask for anything else or before u can open the damn bag to check ur order. Of course its not every single employee but in comparison when I go through the Burger King drive thru the employees always ask me if I need anything and then give me the bag open which helps me look at my order quickly before driving away.

I once asked a McDonald's employee for ketchup and I swear she said "How many because we can't give too many away." I wanted to say "374 please." Stupidity like that pisses me off. I understand businesses have to pay for their stuff and control even their ketchup inventory but don't give me insulting cheapskate answers like that when I know McDonald's corporation has way more money than I'll ever have and I'm a paying customer that just dropped like twelve bucks and you can't spare literally a couple ounces of ketchup that probably cost you five cents.

While im at it, McDonald's insistence on providing employment for teenagers is the reason my order is f'd up 80% of the time. If ur gonna hire teenagers at least do a better job of training them to not be so stupid and lazy. And if they are, fire them. I once knew a sweetheart lady who managed a McDonald's, poor lady would vent to me about the asinine teenage employees she had to deal with.

I just hate when any place gives you so little of something. Like one day they might give you alot(for example,a pizza that's made might be real thick crust with lots of stuff on it, or a sandwich place fills up the bread with lots of stuff,or a takeout food place fills the carton up as much as it can hold), but another time, they give you barely anything(so that same pizza place gives you a real thin pizza,a sandwich place barely puts anything in the bread, or a takeout food place fills up the carton halfway but tries to make it look like alot)
