The fat elvis pic is depressing you can see how he hates his life/self in that one.

Maybe that wasn't the case but his look tells me otherwise.

The movies weren't good, should be ignored. But I love many of his songs.

The wife and I are in Nashville. We went to the Country Music Hall of Fame. Went over to the world famous Studio B.

Studio where Elvis made most of his music. Amazing experience. Tomorrow is the 40th anniversary of his death.

          Had an amazing time.....

Wow, I really ruined this thread. It's like a 'tamed' version of what it was before. Come on guys, let's go back to more fire, more *hate*!

How the website for seemingly every cable company makes it either incredibly difficult or impossible to see exactly what channels are a part of each plan.

Heineken. its got to be the most foul tasting beer to have ever touched my lips.
most bad beers, while I wont pay for them, I will drink it if offered by a friend.
but not Heineken. you couldnt pay me to drink one. this past weekend I forgot how bad they were and took a couple drinks before I watered a plastic plant at a friends house wih the rest of it. serves him right for drinking such scuzz.

Servers who don't write down your order and then screw it up.

I would chalk it up as a one time mistake on either the server or kitchen, but he screwed up another person's meal at the table too.

One place I went to, since they didn't know English so well, they had it set up where you just write down your order yourself and that's it. No time wasting of having to wait for waiter to take orders and possibly mess it up, or spend forever collecting a group order. Just write the letter/number of items you want(so you'd write stuff like A15, G33, M40 and so on) and that's it. Other places could learn from that. Sure, takes away part of job from waiters, but if they still mess up orders after that, they really suck.

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?

lol, I guess this is karma for all the times I complain about how some places are like "If our prices aren't online, then come in or phone to check the prices on the items". The exact opposite happened this time around. A place didn't have prices in store and were like "go online to check the prices"....So basically if you buy the item in store, they won't tell you the price until AFTER you buy the item lol. I even checked their website and no prices were listed.

This is why I don't like trying new stores. Ones I go to are fine and I know/usually like how they operate, but new places are just too much hassle at times to deal with. Easier just sticking with what I know than jumping through hoops just to try something new.

Agreed. Was on a business trip earlier this summer and stopped in at a restaurant. They wasn't too busy and I guess the guy was trying to impress the female servers.

Yeah, he screwed up my side items.

I hate when my food order gets messed up at restaurants too but I never send my food back, I just eat what they bring.
I wont take any chance that my ''corrected'' food gets something extra. and I still leave a good tip anyways.

Yeah, I ate the mistake. I ordered eggs over easy and they came hard. Disappointing because I dip the toast in the runny yolk. Mmmmm

For the record, he was supposed to sub the sauce for mayo (but why!?) on another's sandwich and didn't.

Someone else took care of the bill so it was all good, but I probably would've given the guy 18% instead of 20%. Take that, ****in' server guy! Jk that's way too much math, thanks for the eggs sir.
