Just a general observation, but people who cant empathize(or is it sympathize?) with other people.

If someone's angry at something, they'll get the "stop being angry" response.

Someone having a panic attack, telling them "stop panicking" isnt gonna help.

Or confronting someone with social anxiety about their social anxiety.

Not fully related, but once of my students once came in during passing period and said her teeth hurt, and I said, "Well, stop biting on them!" She didn't stop laughing till the bell rang. I think just more moments like that are needed, in the non-serious direction.

When people are in those situations though, I'm always the consoling type. I try and offer anything I can do to help. Strangely enough, I want people off my back if I have a problem haha.

Empathy is putting yourself in someone else's position and feeling how they feel.

Sympathy is feeling sorry for someone's experience.

I have trouble empathizing, but I would never tell someone to stop being angry, or stop panicking. Except on OS. I have to have one outlet. surely you can empathize

Good to know I'm not the only person that gets annoyed as hell at this.
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(
