Sorry I haven't been doing any routes. I'm out of town and didn't want to risk me missing something and being very late for a route, so I'm just waiting until I get home. I'll start up again Thursday night.

It's annoying as hell that I'm 1 day late because I didn't wake up at 4am to use new points that'd allocated...I wish they'd give us a little more leeway to have a life, you know? it's very very tough meeting a deadline (I haven't yet, though I'm only 1 day late the past 2 times). Is it just my truck sucking? Do they not take that into account when making the estimates? Kinda sucks some of the fun out of it when I'm always late and there's not much I can do (aside from waking up in the middle of the night).

You can set the game on casual mode, it give you 30 days to complete your route. You get 10% less money for the route, but you aren't late.

I know this wasn't in response to me, but I completely forgot you could do that. I wish I would have remembered, I would have done a couple routes this week.

It doesn't help my cause that Trukz is somehow blocked on my school's network. I wouldn't have been late on my last route had we just been able to use it in damn school.

10% isn't bad...hmm, i might consider that...I'd still do a ton more routes, but I just don't like how it makes something due at 4am...Or I might just plan my routes more carefully and do them all at once. Longer routes have been my issue perhaps.

I use the same type strategy as Jonesey. I'll only do routes that I can complete within 11 turns. I do a longer route if I'm up early and have zero fatigue.

I did a route from Las Vegas to Phoenix where I got paid over 2.25 per mile. I ended up making close to $700 on a trip that's about 8 turns.

So I went back to Las Vegas and I'm planning on to do it again tomorrow as long as its there.

I recommend this site to help you guys out. I know its already been brought up but its very helpful.

I got my second ticket tonight. I was trying to squeeze in a trip from Las Vegas to Phoenix. I ended up getting it anyways and got $699 for it, so that ended up paying for the ticket.

I paid off my first loan that I took out, and still have close to $600 in my bank after filling up my gas tank too.

I usually don't try and squeeze one more turn out unless I have <15 miles left to go. I've been lucky to not have gotten a ticket yet.

I'm raking in the dough now. I try to keep about 100-150$ on hand, and the rest goes straight to the bank. We have a chance to become one of the better companies in the game.
