It's about time you mixed drink foo-foos stepped up from the junior varsity and had a man's drink: Scotch and an eyedropper's worth of water, neat (no ice).

Think I'll go make myself one now!

Simple question: What is Blue Wave?

Although I started this as a beer thread I have to nod in agreement. A man of my own mind. I take a bit more than an "eyedroppers" worth of water I must admit, I believe you can taste more of the scotch that way. Now here's "the question" single or blended pk500?

Well fellas, due to time constraints I couldn't make it to get the Dogfish head so I just loaded up at my local bar on some Guinness and Coronas.

              Well...

Beer + Captain's And Coke in beer pong = great idea. I haven't felt this good in a long time.

But I still have Beer with my breakfast on my days off!

Search it, it is in there somewhere.

Corona with V8 or Clamato in the morning rules!

I posted about the drink long before Budweiser came out with it.

I watched a really good show on alcohol and how it's produced on the History or Discovery channel about three weeks ago that spoke to this.

About a teaspoon of water is all you really need to release the true potential flavor of any scotch although the amount can vary slightly for any scotch.

Back when I was in high school my friends dad used to drink Bud, Bud Light, or Coors Light and bloody mary mix or spicy V-8 for breakfast. He called it a "Poor Man's Bloody Mary".

No lie, I was introduced to this type of drink from my suegro or father in law.

I've been drinking them every Saturday morning ever since.

Drinking one as I type this.

I prefer a Corona and a bit of V8 Spicy.

Good stuff, bout' to head over to my in laws for some Breakfast.

Yes and yes. I'm not picky.

Single malt, if I have a choice. Laphroaig, if I can be REALLY picky.

But if somebody puts a glass of Johnnie Walker Red in front of me, I'm certainly not going to put my nose in the air and decline!

Went to a friend's house last night and he had Boddington in the fridge. Never had it before, but it had a very smooth taste. I liked it.
