Ever have a reoccouring dream?

I keep having the same freaking dream over and over and over.....and it makes NO SENSE!

Im standing in the middle of my high school gym right on the logo
it's completely dark.
all the sudden a spot light turns on and someone comes up to me (its been my old coach, my best friend, a little sister from bioshock and my ex- girlfirend)

and says "you need to score" or something like that....

all the sudden the shot clock turns on and I have to find the ball and score before time runs out or I die.....I can never even find the ball!!!!

this is driving me nuts....

I had a couple of dreams about Snoop and Chris from the Wire. Once I was helping them, and the other Snoop was chasing me through Detroit.

I've watched a snail crawl across the edge of a razor. That is my dream. That is my nightmare. Crawling. Slithering, along the edge of a razor...and surviving.

It's not always exactly the same, but I'll have a dream where guys are following me and trying to kill me. I'm either running, racing away in a car, etc with guns shooting at me. It's like an action movie, where I always escape, and when I wake up I'm usually sweaty and like "Whoa".

Lately I've been having random dreams but when I wake up I remember them. I don't always remember my dreams, but when I do they were usually pretty fun dreams.

I used to have the same dream over and over when I was younger. It happened at least once a month, but if anyone remembers Tales From The Crypt it was from that.

Basically, my dream was that intro but in the dream I was the one walking through the house in my body in the intro and it was scary as hell. At the end, I'd always get caught or the Cryptkeeper would scare me to death or something. This dream went on for years until one night I had the dream and instead of going through the intro, I stopped, picked up a weapon from the knight in the house and had a duel with monsters and the Cryptkeeper and slayed them all. Never had the dream since.

reoccurring dreams where you are running from somebody and/or have to do a task or else you die are quite common.

the slug on the razor blade, well that's messed up man. I wonder what it's symbolic of.

I always end up dreaming about baseball. Usually a Jays/Yanks ALCS, but I can never get to the 9th. And the games are always different.

The fact that I can perfectly dream a good 6 innings of a baseball game every night probably says a lot about my life and baseball though.

I don't have any specific recurring dreams, but the one I get the most is where I'm freefalling (in many different locations/scenarios/etc), but it always ends up with me waking up just before impact. When I wake up, it feels like I've been dropped on my bed and I'll usually move suddenly just as I wake up (as if I really was just falling).

It's bizarre.

I have reoccuring dreams, usually only last a max of like 3-4 nights. I always have to wonder what that has to mean.

I also have those dreams where I'm falling off something really high, and it's the scariest feeling.

The creepiest dreams I've had were when I do something ordinary in my dream i.e. the laundry, with a specific shirt or pair of jeans.. then when I wake up I actually think I really did them only to find out they're still dirty. I get so tripped out on those, I don't have faith in reality sometimes.
