        Of course, I think you should go to the hospital for examination as soon as possible. Even if there is no pain, a sprained ankle is likely to have occurred. The most important thing is to reduce the adverse movement of the ankle, followed by the use of auxiliary tools such as compression support brace to reduce pressure on ankle.

              Rolled my ankle 3 nights ago. And broke my toe a couple weeks ago . Ball is life lol

                I tore my ACL and meniscus a year and a half ago.. hoping to get back into bball this Fall

                      I had chronically weak ankles growing up and would frequently roll my ankles even from a simple misstep walking on flat ground. Main reason I always wore hightops as a kid was to get the extra support. I would just walk it off and it usually stopped hurting after a few minutes, though if I rolled it particularly bad it might hurt for a few days.
