            Yeah, I've been learning portion control. I've lost about 20 pounds, and I'm close to hitting my intermediate goal of 235.

            I started at about 255 or so, so I do feel a difference, but not a huge one.

                            It was cool until later on in the night when I started throwing up. I just got over the nausea a couple hours ago.

                                Yeah I hate it when alcohol makes me drink so much of it that I throw up.

                                I used to do that when I was a little younger but I know my limits now.

                                                    Don't feel bad Jmood. I went on an extensive voyage with The Captain last Saturday and that didn't end as well as I thought it would. No fights or harsh words broke out, but I did shake off the hangover in time to play in a softball tournament the next day.

                                                        All the throwing up I did actually helped with my weight loss goal so it wasn't a total waste.

                                                        Don't feel bad Jmood. I went on an extensive voyage with The Captain last Saturday and that didn't end as well as I thought it would. No fights or harsh words broke out, but I did shake off the hangover in time to play in a softball tournament the next day.
                                                        I was honestly surprised that I didn't get in any fights, I was talking **** to people the whole time.
