Tomorrow morning I'm going on a hardcore regiment of diet & exercise after having a 3-day mental break. Helps me refocus on my goals.
Lift before work & basketball after work for cardio
Diet:
6 hardboiled eggs for breakfast
2 cheeseburgers (no bun) for my meals at work
salmon fillet, 3 eggs, broccoli for dinner
*If you don't notice that's about 10g carbs for the day*
Water is my beverage
Eggs = 720 cals
Salmon = 270 cals
Broccoli = 100 cals
Cheeseburgers = 900 cals (pure guess!)
~2000 cals. Perfect.
