My fellow OSers....the world is right once again. Auburn has dropped back into mediocrity and Alabama is a top 10 program again. I guess we've should've seen this coming once gas prices started dropping below $2.50

Going back on a brutal diet tomorrow to get sub 10% body fat.
Daily diet:
Breakfast: 5 scrambled eggs, 1 slice cheese
Lunch: 1 lb 80% lean ground beef, 1/2 bag spinach leaves, 1 slice cheese
Dinner: 5 scrambled eggs, 1 slice cheese, 1 salmon fillet
Drink: Water only
Supplement: multivitamin, fiber pills, Xtend (BCAA which are branch chain amino acids....I drink this when I workout or when I crave something sweet. I love it. Basically this is a "clean" diet...nothing major to see here.)
Workout routine:
(Morning): 15 minute jump rope & 20 minute run
(After work): Lift 3 days on then 1 off.
Split:
Lift day 1: Back & Bi
Lift day 2: Legs & shoulders & abs (brutal abs)

Re: OS Off Topic
We have a HUGE wasp or kind of an enormous bee flying here - at lest 2 inches big! It's flying inside our porch that attached to the living room and it's more scary than the "spider eating bird" thread. So my wife closed the large transparent door that seperates the porch from the living room, and we're standing watching it, hoping it will fly outside. It's even scary watching it behind a door! Now, a few minutes ago it went into the winshield closer (like a little lock that enebles you to lock the winshield over the window) and it doesn't come out! We tried throwing stuff at it but it's still in there. I have no idea how it got into that hole, since it's way bigger than the hole. We're supposed to go to my partents for lunch but we don't want to leave before we know this thing is out of here. It's so huge and scary, I don't want this thing in my house, and it looks dangerous. HELP!!!
EDIT:
So it went into the large window and it's stuck inside of the frame, it can go all around the frame since it's hollow (as you can see in this photo I found on the net):
So I sealed the locker-hole (where it went in from) with stickers and sicky tape so it can't come out. We can hear it moving inside the hollow frame but we're suppose to leave soon so I don't want it getting out and hiding somewhere in the house when we come back. Oh and before sealing that hole I sparyed with an anti-insect spary and it should take care of it...hopefully, because it hasn't yet.Last edited by youvalss; 10-24-2008, 06:34 AM.My Specs:

Re: OS Off Topic
On the topic of free legal advice, we have a lawyer that comes in once a week for an hour and answers legal questions on the air. He's been doing it for around 15 years on this very station...completely free of charge.
Ever consider something like that? It's GREAT publicity for him. Everyone in this town knows who he is, mostly because of that.Comment

Re: OS Off Topic
Here's what will happen:
You'll lost 5-7 lbs the first week (water weight)
You might feel a little tired after 7-10 days (your body is adjusting to using fat as a source of energy rather than carbs, you'll get through it. Also not everyone feels the symptoms, I didn't.)
You'll not be as hungry! Seriously, it's awesome.
You'll save money. Buying eggs, cheese, ground beef and the rest of things are a lot cheaper than the lean meats and low-fat items.
Alternative way to lose weight:
Lower your caloric intake and increase the amount you work out....also called diet & exercise.
Honestly it's all just will power. Is that cookie really worth it? You get 5 minutes of satisfaction and hours of regret.
Regardless of what you eat, you'll be full. Think of your body as a car. Wouldn't you want to give your car the best energy available?Comment

Re: OS Off Topic
If you do attempt this, you have to keep your carb intake to 20g or less. That is a VERY SMALL amount.
