Just found out that basically everyone I work with has been talking **** on me. My one friend was working the basketball game tonight and was talking to a girl I work with and I guess she said that I'm the worst worker there and everyone tries to make sure I get put on washing dishes because I'm so slow. God forbid it taking me a little while to get used to everything. This just gives me even more reason to hate my job.

If that was me, I'd be putting in my two weeks. Thankfully most of the people I work with like me, save for the one manager, but the other 4 managers like me.

I didn't even pick up on any of it, which sucks. Like, now I know why I'm the only new person that they taught to do dishes/dining room. The other three new people work on the food line exclusively, and why every time I've went in in the last week the people working would be like "uhh...I think you're on dishes today".

I'd love to do what you said and put in my two week's notice, but I need the money in the worst way. I'm applying to a bunch of places though, so hopefully something works out.

I really just need to quit being a bitch and put myself out there. It is just a tough challenge to do so, I don't know why, it just is.

I'm in the same boat. I should be able to get a great looking girl, but I just have trouble manning up and overcoming the shyness. Sucks too because I really think that getting a girl in my life would help rid me of this depression thing pretty quickly (maybe not depending on how the girl is

Dude I feel the exact same way. Sometimes I get so depressed, and I just hate seeing people that I know are complete d-bags and they are always in a relationship, and yet I am to shy to go after one. I just need to gain confidence, but I just don't know how.

I'm thinking about going to the old middle school motto...."Screw it and do it." No that isn't in any way sexual haha, it's more of a motivation to not be scared and just do it.

Pretty much I'm thinking it's just baby steps. Just slowly work your way up to build your confidence. I don't know it's just one of those things that are easier said than done. Some people are just naturally born with confidence while others aren't. Unfortunately I'm the latter.

I am in the latter as well. See the worse thing with me is that I am the biggest underachiever that I know, and it factors into this as well.

If I want a girl, I will go up to talk to her and it will be normal but I can not be consistant about it. That's one big thing about me, because if I am not motivated to do something, I just do not do it.

Then I get upset when I can't do it, and right now I am upset because I don't make a move.

Hey, you're further along than I am. I still have trouble walking up to some random girl and talking to her. Another problem I have though is that girls see me as the "friend" kind of guy since I'm more of your typical nice guy.....and you know how the saying goes.

Oh yeah I know, it always feels like we finish last, but I believe there will be someone to make time for us, next semester I will make the effort.

I never understood why girls always say, "I want a nice guy who will treat me right" but yet they always go to the guy who treats them like **** and they are never happy. But yet they always go back to them. So I am just going to be myself and hopefully I will find someone when school starts back up.

Confidence is a must, hopefully I can find some.

I have the same exact plan lol. I have two goals right now, one is to get a job before/right around when next semester starts. The other is to get a girl next semester.

I do believe that getting a girl being a nice guy is going to be a lot easier in college than it was in high school, let's just hope I can pick out the right girl. I had a girl picked out this semester, and as soon as I worked up the courage to talk to her....and I walk up to her she pulls out a cigarette. Probably for the better though because I later found out that she's the girl that gets drunk every chance given so that probably wouldn't mix very well with me.

I just wish there was an easier way to get the confidence.

Yeah, I have 3 goals LOL.

1 is to get a girl that is right for me. Not to get a girl just to get a girl.

2.Get into the college of management. I think that can happen just depends on what my exam scores were.

3.Get into shape, then get ripped. I plan on working out 5 days a week to get my body into better conditioning.

Hopefully all 3 can happen for me.
