Almost 20 inches so far and this snow is supposed to keep coming till later this evening. WOOOOOOOOHHHOOOOOOOOOOO. LOL! I want once in my lifetime to have a very bad snowstorm and this is it, but still has not beat '67 yet but its close. So we will see tonight.

The Wringley Cam has been an awesome watch for the last couple hours, though the snow has lightened up some now. I believe Chicago has over 20" of snow now.

It's funny looking at Facebook at all my friends from DFW freaking out about snow/ice.


Do you really care where I sent this from?

NOT supposed to be this cold in Texas! I'm a little south of Fort Worth. Supposed to be 10* in the morning. Only good thing is class could be cancelled Tue-Thur.

15 degrees outside, ice covered roads and power outages everywhere... all because Texas has no ****ing clue how to be prepared for this ****.

Guess the Steelers and Packers brought some of their weather to Texas with them.

Anyway, we just got rain here

There was a glaze of ice on everything this morning. On tree branches, sidewalks, things like that. It looked awesome

First there was intense flooding and now this? Wow I feel bad for the people of Australia.

Snowmegeddon came and went here today and it wasn't as bad as forecasted but we did get quite a bit of snow and the rush hour traffic in the morning was treacherous as hell.

Thank goodness for little miracles.

Mid Michigan didn't get hit as bad as some places, but I had to start shoveling today from INSIDE my house... because of the wind, it drifted up against the front door at least 3 feet high and I had to force the screen door open and just begin shoveling with both feet still inside the house lol.

Overall took about 2.5 hours to do the driveway and a decent segment of the sidewalk. Just one man with a shovel! Still, I feel proud to be able to handle that much shoveling, especially without hurting my back which was aggravated a couple weeks ago.

As you can see, I'm too cool to take off my headphones and ski mask for a picture :P

I'll have to go out and take some pictures of my driveway/area and show you what we've been dealing with this past month, snow-total wise. It's getting absolutely ridiculous. The snowbank up at the top of my driveway is probably 8-9 feet tall.

Wild that Gulf Coast cities are now being hit with wintry weather.

Some spots in southern Louisiana and southeast Texas could pick up 6" of snow if things work out right. And that's in addition to the significant icing threat. Hopefully, they get hit hard; I love watching snow in the deep south.

I played football today with some friends. Man, there was a good inch thick layer over everything outside. Even the snow on the ground had a thick coating of ice over it. Nobody could get traction and after a while, the laces of the football had ice in them. LONGEST GAME EVER. (had to win by 2)
