The Victory Storm king stout was just too good to keep in the fridge for a whole week. Such a nice aroma from the beer, and a very hoppy beer for a russian stout. I was going to drink only one beer for the taste, but a couple beers later all I can say is, it just gets so much better with time and the more you drink. It is a very heavy beer, and I would definitely recommend it to people who like dark beer as this is an extremely dark stout.

Well, after four weeks of co-ed adult softball I'm convinced of one thing:
ALL AMERICAN BEERS TASTE DAMN NEAR THE SAME!!!
PBR = Coors Light = Bud Light = Miller Lite = Keystone Light = Busch = [insert ****ty American brew here]
Really, outside of Sam Adams, which is too expensive for softball consumption, all the "American Lager" style brews taste the same and frankly, they all suck. Plus, you have to drink more than one would like to even feel anything.
Heck, I was still seeing the ball fine in the fifth inning...that's NEVER supposed to happen in the scrub leagues, LOL.I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I needed to be. - Douglas Adams

Agreed...but drinking the leftovers SUCKS!
And it's not just the light beers. Regular Bud, regular Coors, MGD, they all have a similar taste and as I said, it's a taste that my wannabe "sophisticated" palate just can't handle. One of my new favorites that will surely be my go to beer for the summer is Leinenkugels Summer Shandy. It's a delicious beer that is very much like lemonade. Goes down incredibly smooth and is just refreshing. A great beer for just sitting back and enjoying during a cook out or by the pool.

by the way, the Full Moon Winter Ale ain't bad...you can tell the Belgian dark sugar is there..fo sho. there's also some caramel, malt, hops, spice and alcohol in a nice balance. finishes a little...not much tho sweet. i dug it

I enjoy the Pyramid Apricot, although not quite as much as Pyramid Heifenweizen.

I think Leine's Honey Weiss is my favorite. Summer Shandy is just too sweet for me. It's crazy that I grew up 20 miles from their brewery in WI and now live in Mass. and get the stuff around the corner.Don't blame me for what those nitwits said...They don't speak for me!!!Comment
