Had some Rolling Rock last night. It was pretty good for the price($10 for a 12-pack). Reminded me a little of Peroni.

Hey, grew up in Eau Claire. Great to see some localshere.

My friend picked up some Abita Strawberry and actually made a fusion with the Summer Shandy and he said it was excellent.Originally posted by CardsFan27This is the 3rd time John Calipari has been to his first Final Four! What I'm Currently Listening ToComment

Southern Tier Rasperry Porter is a nice brew. The raspberry comes through without being overpowering.Green Bay Packers | Milwaukee Brewers | Bradley Braves | Wisconsin Badgers

Imperial White....good?
Probably one of my top 5 worst beers I've ever had. Very tough to get down.
Duvel was pretty tasty though.Originally posted by CardsFan27This is the 3rd time John Calipari has been to his first Final Four! What I'm Currently Listening ToComment

Re: Another Great Tasting Beer Thread
Memorial Day beers (finishing off my mix-a-six):
-BluCreek Blueberry Ale: BluCreek is apparently a Wisconsin-based brewery, but I'd never heard of them before so I wasn't sure what to expect. The beer smelled very strongly of blueberries, but the blueberries weren't really evident in the taste. It was a very smooth and drinkable beer with just a nice clean hint of blueberry in the aftertaste. I'd drink it again.
-Sam Adams Blackberry Witbier: Didn't like it very much. I could taste the blackberry, but the overall flavor profile of the beer just wasn't very pleasing.
-Lakefront Brewery Klisch Pilsner: It was alright, certainly not something I'd be in a hurry to try again. It was a pretty average pilsner, nothing special about it.Green Bay Packers | Milwaukee Brewers | Bradley Braves | Wisconsin Badgers

Re: Another Great Tasting Beer Thread
How is the Abita strawberry. Being it is a Louisiana based brew, I can get Abita at almost any store and have seen the Strawberry lately since it is in season right now I want to try it, but I don't like sweet beers. Is it over powering with the sweetness??Comment
