I had Delirium Tremens last week, it was freakin' awesome!
reminded me of pale ale -ish...maybe a little creamier... smells like a pilsner, w/ alot of citrus & hops present. a REALLY refreshing beer...no doubt.
    5.2 ABV. i don't believe it's worth 9 somethin' a rack tho.

I'll probably get shot for this, but...

Bud Light Golden Wheat is a half decent beer. Especially considering that 12 packs have been running at about 7 bucks lately. Still has that Bud Light flavor, but it is moreso in the background now.

It's decent. It's a lot better than Bud Light I'll say that. It tastes similar to Leinenkugel's Sunset Wheat but not quite as good. Don't worry about getting shot; half the specialty beers that are posted in this thread taste like absolute ***, just not watery *** like our domestics.

Anything that costs 7 bucks a 12 pack is absolute garbage.

I started P90x so I am cutting out my beer habit for 3 months. I am going to substitute with White wine.

I do have some Sam Smiths Oatmeal Stouts sitting in the fridge, will be soooo tempting

Yeah I enjoyed the Noble Pils too... it had a little bit of pale ale bite to it was definitely more on the smooth Pilsner side.

Tried Odell's Red this weekend... it also had an IPA-ish bite but is an American-style Red ale. It was a perfect session beer for me... not too strong to drink a few in a row but still interesting to my pallette beyond a wheat beer or something like that.

It was about 8 bucks a six pack for a while. Either it's on sale, or it's just not selling well enough so they knocked the price down. I dunno if this is everywhere either, as I get it at Walmart.

Anybody like Blue Moon? Warm weather starting up, I'm gonna have to get some Blue Moons and oranges.

Also (at least those in VA), anybody like Starr Hill beers? I had a 6 pack of JoMo the other night - pretty good.

Tried a Lagunitas Brown Shugga this past weekend and it was delicious. At 10% alcohol is really packs a punch too...

Yea wine is a good substitute for the time being. I will still splurge on the weekends every now and then and have me some good stouts, RIS, or IPAs. But as a whole I have changed my eating/drinking habits completely.

I am going to do P90X the right way. Full work out regime with the health regime. I want to see the full results of 90 days pure eating right and working out intensely. I am already in decent shape so i should cut up fairly quickly.

So I have to cut beer out for the time being

I've been making a lot of Dark Side of the Moons lately...that is Blue Moon and Guinness. Very tasty.
