Have to throw Victory Hop Devil in there, it's from Philly so it's close enough.

    It's one of my favorites.

Bells is one brewery I haven't been able to find. Where'd you find it Motown?

Aww man. You've spit some knowledge and loves on a lot of west coast brews in here so I assumed you were transplanted over here.

An OS beer exchange is something I've kicked around before with at least one other OS member. It's an intriguing idea.

Man, I gotta make the trip across town to the local beer store, but I've been so lazy lately. I've just been stopping at the Irving across the street and grabbing sixers of Boston Lager. Great beer, but typically at this time of year, I'm big into the dessert style beers.

I need me some Southern Tier Choklat.

Had a Southern Tier 2XMas last night. It's okay, they overloaded it with spices so its tough to have more than one. It kind of smells like a Christmas Tree.

I'll be sticking with Mad Elf and Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale for my Christmas beers.

Had a couple of those on tap last night myself. Good stuff. Also had a couple New Belgium Coconut Curry Hefeweizens. Sounds weird, but it's good.

Have some Old Rasputin Russian Imperial Stouts in the fridge for football tomorrow.

Anyway, the Sculpin was awesome. The racer 5 not so much. It just tasted off and wasn't enjoyable to me. I mean it wasn't awful but it wouldn't be on the my 10 IPA at all.
Racer 5 is pretty good (and popular), just VERY hoppy... may be your tastes?

I think my choice for the season is Flying Dog Winter Ale. Nice kick at 7.5% but not with all the hop that usually comes with it (taking a little break from IPAs).

Believe me, hoppy isnt the problem. It is just my tastes. Just didn't suit my palate that's all.

Wife got me the Founder's breakfast stout. Loving it. Very tasty beverage.

I hear you. Definitely not something I would drink regularly... or even more than one at a time, but it has a time and place for me.

My brother got me beers from various Chicago breweries for Christmas. He gets me. Pick of the bunch is definitely the growler of Revolution Brewing Anti-Hero IPA.
