Leafs-"The Collapse"(2013 playoffs game 7) or when they finished 2nd worst in league and Bruins got that pick(Any pick not in the top 2 in that draft, and Leafs would've easily won Kessel deal)

Jays-Either right now(seeing team supposed to make playoffs,as bottom 5 in the league) or 2004 season where Jays finished with one of worst win% in franchise history(ironically,both seasons featured Gibbons).

2012 BCS Title Game, I immediately went for a walk after the game around campus to avoid punching something or breaking something valuable in my room.

Saints/49ers Playoffs game, such a good team that blew it. The wide range of emotions in the last 4 minutes alone made it hurt a lot.

Back in 2000, I followed the Blazers. Blowing a 15-point lead with just 5 minutes or so left in game 7 of the West Finals to the Lakers. That was pretty bad. Probably would have been an easy series against the Pacers after getting by LA.

Blue Jays, the worst I can think of is Halladay having is leg broken on 7/8/05. He was easily the best pitcher in the AL to that point, and Kevin "The Stench" Mench just had to break his leg. A moment almost as bad is when Toronto actually signed him years later. Not being in contention for the better part of 20 years kind of prevents truly heart-wrenching moments.

As a long-time Jets fan (as hard as it is to say that these days), the 2010-11 AFC Championship game sucked pretty bad. Pittsburgh played like **** in the 2nd half and NY definitely had a chance to win.

Speaking of NY and Pittsburgh, Doug Brien's field goal that missed by less than a foot in the 04-05 Divisional game felt pretty bad. Also missed another one, both in the last 2 minutes of the game. Pittsburgh won in overtime.

The River City Relay. That was my first time I can recall getting really excited for the Saints. That wave of emotion, how we were riding soooooo high and happy only to come crashing back down through the floor.

2012 BCS National Championship, although I handled that fairly well. In fact, I handled it better than I handled the...

2012 Super Regional Game 3. Just...the worst taste in my mouth. One of the best LSU teams ever and they didn't even make it to Omaha. And it was to Stony Brook.

But the absolute worst was Arkansas/LSU 2007. I was dumped by my first real GF that week and I was kind of using the game as an outlet. At the end of it I was just exhausted. It was a three overtime game and I was jumping and yelling for all of it. I sat down in the stands until we were one of the last few people left in the stadium because I felt like I just got the **** kicked out of me and just couldn't get up.

that one worked out in the end though.

Honorable mention: When I heard the rumors of the Saints possibly moving out of NOLA post Katrina. Talk about getting kicked while you're down...

2010 World Cup round of 16; in the 93rd minute; when Carlos Bocanegra's attempted push on Gyan resulted in the striker setting free and blasting the ball past Howard.

I was already standing up, but was brought to my knees when that happened; even though we had some time left to come back - I just felt like nothing was going to happen for the USMNT.
