So I think the old fashioned method has worked for me. I stopped by and saw the former coworker I've been talking to lately. I've been fighting the urge to tell her I had feelings for her because I wanted things to happen naturally and not be forced. Nevermind the fact that I developed feelings for her when we worked together, but she was married at the time and I'm not a homewrecker.

So we talked for awhile out back, told her I had to go, we hugged, not uncommon the last couple times I've seen seen her. But when we pulled away, she didn't let go, and she started to lean in, and I took my cue and we kissed.

What is this, summer break cliffhangers?

In her crazy *** defense, like I said I did poke the bear and send an obvious cut and paste message. Still, the response FAR outweighed whatever nonsense I may have sent.

She's flat out crazy.

She did reply today and say "Since you wanted to pull that respect game and don't even know how to play it."

I think she's a keeper.

Nothing is set yet, but I might've set up a date through tinder (yea, yea I know.. not what tinder is for. ) But in an act of absolute desperation (not that I told her), I used the moments feature for about the 2nd time ever, saying I had an extra concert ticket for Saturday and the pic ended up with 3 or 4 likes, and I ended up messaging one of the likers, and asked if she wanted to go and she said she'd be interested, at this point I'm just trying to lock it down without being aggressive.

Update: Just got back from the concert. Had a couple moments yesterday and today where it seemed like she might flake out (quit responding to me a few times), but in the end it worked out. We weren't able to set up a 2nd date/meeting because we have pretty much complete opposite schedules, but I'm being optimistic for now. And to top it off, she's way cuter in person.

A real nice kick in the groin was seeing my wife(we are separated) on one of the dating sites. So I'm lonely last night and thought, what the heck, I will see who is out there. And there she is - sporting pics I took of her. Oh my gosh, it sent me into instant depression. And it doesn't help that she was the best looking woman on there by far. I haven't felt this bad in a long time.

A real nice kick in the groin was seeing my wife(we are separated) on one of the dating sites. So I'm lonely last night and thought, what the heck, I will see who is out there. And there she is - sporting pics I took of her. Oh my gosh, it sent me into instant depression. And it doesn't help that she was the best looking woman on there by far. I haven't felt this bad in a long time.

If you want any advice, it would be to stay off dating sites and really not date period until you are over her. Just from experience

Messaged this girl on POF last week, she replied and asked me to come drink with her at her house (this is about 2:30 am on Tuesday), I figure it means one of 2 things - she really wants me to come over, or I'm being set up to be robbed or something, I end up deciding not to go, but (mostly) as a joke, I sent her another message Tuesday afternoon asking if she wanted me to bring a bottle later that night, she asks if I can bring one right now (~3:30 pm), at this point I do end up going over and her (female) cousin is there with her, so the 3 of us end up drinking the bottle, cousin leaves, I end up driving her to pick up her brother and (male) cousin, they come back to her house with us for a bit, brother gets drunk and rowdy, me and male cousin end up having to take him out and drop him off. Finally ends up being just me and this girl (It's now about 4:30 am Wednesday) shes been staring at her phone the last few minutes and then asks if I can drive her somewhere, so me thinking I'll "seal the deal" if I take her where she needs to go, I agree. I find out once we get there what she's doing (purchasing some "substances") and again we go back to her house, she gets wrecked on alcohol + the other "substances", passes out at about 6:30 am, nights over, I'm not coming back I tell myself.

Fast forward to this Friday, she messages me on facebook and asks what I'm up to that evening. I tell her I'm working, and ask her what she's got planned. Tells me she's drinking a bit, but she isn't getting crazy like last time. I ask her who she's with, she says she's sitting at home alone. So again, thinking this is very good for me, I get off work and message her that I'm done work and ask if she I should still come, she ends up saying that she's not alone anymore, and now she's with her friends who live in the apartment above. So I tell her that I just bought a case of beer that I can bring by, so then she tells me to come to her friend's place for a bit and then we'll go back to hers after. So obviously I'm thinking SCORE! at this point. This time I'm the one gets way too hammered. We're sitting in her friends apartment, and it's me, the girl I'm with, her friend and friend's boyfriend. The girls disappeared at one point, so me and the boyfriend are talking (I'm barely functioning at this point) and I start getting absolutely furious about something (not sure what, but it had something to do with this girl. I think for some reason I thought she didn't want me there so I said I was gonna leave, had my keys taken away for that one, thankfully) The boyfriend ends up calming me down saying that she obviously wants me there because she's been all over me and kissing me since I got there. Alright great. I end up passing out after this, wake up the next morning and the girl I'm with asks if we can go buy some more beer, alright. (This is about 9:30 am Saturday now) so we buy the beer, drink it, then at about 11 am, she suggests we go buy another case of beer. At this point I'm again not in a spot to be driving to I'm going anywhere, but another friend of hers shows up, and offers to drive us, so alright off we go.. We go back to her friends place for a bit, drink a few more and then she tells me to grab the rest of the beer and we'll go back to her place.. We go there for a bit and then she asks for another ride, to her sisters house, because she has to pick up some cigarettes, and then we leave her sister's and she asks for another ride, which once again I agree to assuming its gonna pay off this time. We're on the highway, she passes out in my car, I have no idea where exactly she's going so I turn around and drop her back off at home, she goes straight to bed, I leave and then a couple hours later she messages me asking why I left, I told her I had something come up, and then, like a drunken idiot I said to her that if she still wanted to drink I'd bring some more beers over and drink with her, so she says do it up, so I go there again and we hang out for a couple hours and then she gets a call from her mom and she has to leave to do something with her (apparently..)

TL;DR: Messaged a girl on POF, had a few drinks with her, drove her around a lot hoping to be "compensated", she got wrecked, no fun times, went back a week later, I got wrecked, got mad at her (I think), still stayed though, spent all this weekend drinking with her, left when she had something come up with her mom.

Wow, that's a long post and that's even leaving out a lot of little details.

Yea, no doubt. I only went back on Friday because when she said "I'm drinking at home alone" I figured that would mean something else, but oh well. It's a lesson in life.

EDIT: I'm still kicking myself for taking her to buy the "stuff" the first time I was with her. Probably one of the stupidest things I've done, but I didn't even realize that was what she was doing until we got to the place so I couldn't back out then.

Apparently I forgot to mention in my original rant, she already has 2 kids as well (which I've been fully aware of the entire time)

But yea, after the debacle that was this weekend I'm done. I realized right away when I went on Friday that I was an idiot for not distancing myself after the first time.

It's a stupid situation that I've put myself into and I just need to get out.

EDIT: I intentionally left out some things in the first "rant" but this part is too good not to share (I'd say so anyways..). So, at this point I've been at her place for a few hours, her female cousin is still, and the cousin is pretty attractive, so the girl I'm there to hangout with asks me if I'd rather get 'down' with her or cousin, I realized it was a trap question right away, so I tried to avoid it, but then realized that was a mistake and told her I was there to hangout with her, so what do you think? Luckily the cousin backed me up there as well...

EDIT 2: There is still so much more to the whole story. I spent 2 days ranting to a buddy at work, and I'll have some more to tell him tomorrow. lol

To be fair to this girl though, she stays sober when she has her kids. When we were at her friends place, the friend has a daughter (probably about 3 or 4) who was there, and the 3 of them (girl I was with, friend, and friends boyfriend) were all doing various drugs in the bathroom. I just realized that means when I was drunk and yelling at swearing at her, there was a kid in the apartment, which is just embarrassing for me, but I'm sure there's been worse things happening around there.
