I guess the most dominating individual player in the NHL might be Alex Ovechkin. Before he came along (pre-lockout) there really wasn't one guy who dominated year in and year out. He seems to be doing that now. If he stays healthy, he seems to be a lock to score at least 50 every season for the foreseeable future.New Jersey Devils- 1995, 2000, 2003

I agree, Ovechkin is the most dominant hockey player of the decade even though he only played in half of it.I guess the most dominating individual player in the NHL might be Alex Ovechkin.
