I have a question that I hope someone could help me with. I have had my eye on this program for some time but haven't gotten into yet.
To rewind a little, after a less than impressive physical last January, I started cutting my intake, sugars, basically anything that is bad. Started walking daily 2 to 3 miles and have done this religiously the whole year. I have gone from 210 to 172 in weight, but I still have the reminants of too many years of poor habits hanging on my belt line. I want to do something about this. What P90X version would be best for my situation? Thanks for the help and I enjoy reading about everyone's success.

If I was you I would try the program, but not go full speed. It is very intense and it kicks your butt, but you can take some of the exercises and use them for your nightly workout.
