If I was going to be single my whole life, I would pick video games. But since I don't plan on that cause only playing video games would definitely put a block on my relationships I would pick TV.

Obviously you don't you live with a woman now. Because watching tv all day would put more of a block on a relationship then video games ever would. Don't you know you can't never satisfy a woman, simply because you are a man ?

You are damned if you do and damned if you don't . No woman is going to let you watch sports all day or any manly show all day.

However they will let you play videogames all day, because it isn't real, so therefore their green eye of jealousy won't come out.

Video Games.

I was without cable for three years. Listened to a lot of Sports Radio, and played video games. Didn't bother me at all.

Another good point. Me and my gf can tolerate/emjoy a lot of each other shows. Besides Guitar Hero, there is no video game we play together.

The gf has already agreed to me having a man cave when we eventually tie the knot and get a house together. At that point I'm getting a HD projector and 100" screen.

IDK, I always played less video games when I was single, I worried more about other games if you know what I'm saying.

When it comes to gaming and girlfriends, I think the key is to make sure you significant other has a hobby, so that they have something to do during your gaming time. My gf has a hobby so, I get to play all the games I want plus, I don't spend most of my weekends out at bars like I used to do when I was single. Win/Win

I would have said Video Games because every single pro sport team i like within the past two years are doing things that make them THE. WORST. EVER. Mets? worst. ever. collapse. Lions? Worst. single. season. ever. Nets? Worst. season. ever.

Outside of that I'll say TV because of all the other shows that i watch that aren't sports.

TV and its not even close. When I'm old and in diapers I'm still gonna want to see my Gamecocks play on tv.

Plus no NFL playoffs or March Madness on tv would suck.

Especially after seeing the advances in HDTV and 3D EVENTUALLY becoming the norm.

Pretty much sums up my feelings on the subject.

T.V. I can watch the news, sports news, comedy shows, etc. Plus there is always something good on.

TV, as I'm getting older, I'm playing less. Sad because the games are getting better.

But my friend is doing the opposite, loved TV, now he can't stop playing Madden and The Show. Trying to get him into NBA 2k next.
