I just can't stop eating fast food and gas station snacks. Matter of fact I'll probably eat bad one more time tonight before I go to bed. M-F is full diet/cardio mode

Not trying to hijack the thread, but all of us that are interested in losing weight should form a thread and post our weight, consumption, and workout/activity every day to keep each other motivated. I moved to Wisconsin and all of my boys are back home so I have no motivation at all and no workout partners. My girlfriend makes it worse because she tolerates me gaining weight. It's all her fault...that's what I tell myself.

I have been thinking the same thing lately Sting..

And I can see the resemblance in me and Andy Reid. My goal though is to look more like Steve Zahn than Andy heh... If you don't know who Steve is google him and you'll see what I mean..

Yea, you look like him in the face kind of in the recent picture. Would you be up for a thread where we post our stats each and every day to stay motivated and not let each other slip up?

Yes, please start it for us tomorrow. I'm definitely on board. I need the motivation. I'm sure others will join in.

I'm just curious, not that I have the guts to do it, but how are you all uploading your pictures? And can you take them down?

I just save em to desktop and then upload them as an attachment. I'm sure if you deleted the attachment, or the post, you could streets.

i took a bare upper body shot at the beginning of the year i didn't take one of me now, but so far i've lost 16 pounds and got at least 70 more to go.

Nice work by those dropping the pounds. I've lost about 10 (to 190ish, 6ft tall if it matters) in past few months since we moved. Our new house has little cabinet space, so I find myself snacking less. Funny how that works. Next step is to start getting active again and get "lean and mean" as Dad woud always say...

That's my goal. I've cut out fast food and bad snacks since the start of the year and have dropped 10ish lbs. Gotta start working out more, I'm at a decent weight but have to turn fat into muscle instead of just losing weight now.

Me too, though I just don't have the discipline. As I've mentioned in other threads, I went from 250 to 170 in about a year. My problem is I go to the gym (thinking I'm going to lift), and end up playing basketball with random people for like 2-3 hours. When I do lift, I don't think I go hard enough.
