    Stew is probably just raiding the evidence locker at work.

    I had a fantastic fillet steak the other night with veges and no gravy etc and it was to die for. Prob a fair few cals for someone on a diet but i was only able to eat twice that day so even if it was 1000 cals all up i wouldn't have hit 1500 for the day.

    All this fasting talk reminds of this massive thread i saw on bodybuilding.com regarding "Intermittent Fasting" as a way of cutting fat while still keeping muscle and being able to eat a few large, filling meals each day.

      It's weird...ephedrine can't be sold as a weight loss supplement but it's perfectly fine to have it sold as a part of bronkaid.

      Bronkaid - $12 for 60 tablets (25mg ephedrine each)
      Low dose aspirin - $10 for 300 tablets (81mg)
      Caffeine pills - $5 for 200 tablets (200mg)

      So I get 30 ***s worth for ~$30. Those fat burners that don't work are more expensive than that.

      I felt absolutely amazing my first *** using it. I took two doses and let me tell you my energy levels were awesome. Also it was crazy how my appetite was suppressed. With everything I'm sure the effects are different from person to person...but I know I sure felt a big difference. Looking forward to *** #2. I do need to eat more though...like I mean I seriously wasn't hungry yester***.

      Here's the best little qoute I could find on the ECA stack:
      The effects of the ECA stack in weight loss are primarily due to the ephedrine component. Ephedrine acts both as a beta agonist and stimulates the release of norepinephrine. Increased circulating norepinephrine in the body then acts on white adipose tissue by increasing cAMP levels. This causes a thermogenic effect, raising body temperature and increasing the user's metabolism in conjunction with the rest of the stack.[citation needed]

      However, the body's negative feedback system then activates to normalize the metabolism. This is done via the production of phosphodiesterase inside the cells, and prostaglandins outside the cell, which both lower cAMP levels within the cell.

      Caffeine inhibits the production of phosphodiesterase inside the cell and therefore slows cAMP breakdown. It also binds with and competitively inhibits adenosine receptors in the brain, triggering the release of epinephrine and increasing cAMP levels further.

      Aspirin inhibits prostaglandin production outside of the cells, which, in conjunction with caffeine, greatly prolongs the thermogenic effects and increased metabolism by sustaining elevated cAMP levels.

      Ephedrine also has an anorectic, or appetite-suppressing, effect. However, these effects only last for about two weeks if the stack is not cycled, as the body becomes tolerant to ephedrine to some degree.[citation needed] It is estimated that 60%–75% of the weight loss from using the ECA stack comes from the anorectic effect, and the remainder from thermogenesis.[citation needed]

      The ***** component in weight loss of the ECA stack is that of a simple stimulant; the higher epinephrine and norepinephrine levels result in increased aerobic exercise performance and less fatigue

        TOTAL: 375 Calories

        I weigh in to*** at the gym for a contest I participate in weekly with the gym owner and another worker there. I'm hoping I either win or come in at least 2nd place (last place pays the winner). I had a good weigh in this morning so I'm hopeful!

            No breakfast for me to***. I'm always nauseous in the mornings for some reason, I think I'm pregnant. I've been that way all my life.

                        Wow, that's startling Sting! Great job!! Just remember though, it comes off really easy at first, then your body seems to realize it and says "WHOAH, WHAT'S GOING ON HERE???" and pulls back and makes it more tough to lose.

                        I lost 15 pounds in March but this is the first weigh in at the gym and honestly i'm hoping I can get a 2 to 2.5 pound loss this week, and this is after being STRICT with my diet and doing nearly 5 hours of workouts this week.. We'll see.

                        The good news for me is if I can lose 8 more pounds I will have been my lowest weight in about 5 to 6 years. Which is a major accomplishment for someone who just turned 40!!

                            I've heard about 20-30 minutes is ideal, it gives your body **** to digest enough and then while your body is doing so it can use the food as fuel for the workout. Of course that's assuming you didn't get stuffed, if you're really stuffed may want to wait like 40-45 minutes.
