Very little. I usually pull atleast one all nighter a week. I just sleep for a few hours when I can. At the most, like 5 hours a night.PSN: King10Sooted

5-6... I'm more of a night person, used to staying up till 2-3 AM as long as I can remember, which doesn't help the fact that I now have to wake up at 5AM for my job. I manage to sleep at 11-12 now but I have to pop open an energy drink once I get to my desk or it's game over.

Since moving to overnight shifts, I actually get more rest than before. I haven't had problems sleeping during the day, especially since my son and wife are at daycare (she also works there), when on first shift, he would wake up in the middle of the night at some point.
I've also been taking Melatonin supplements, and they've helped get me into a good sleeping pattern. My only problem is weekends. Where I get home from work at 7am on Friday morning, I try to stay up all day and then go to bed when my wife does Friday night, in order to have a normal weekend. Problem is, my body is now used to sleeping during the day, so no matter how tired I am Friday night, I keep going in and out of sleep, leaving me really tired on the weekends. Oh well.Comment

Bumping old thread rather than starting a new one. How's everyone's sleeping patterns these days?
Anyone else find that as they are getting older they are sleeping less and less? I used to feel like I needed 8 hours a night at least in my teenage years but now that I'm in my early 30's if I get more than 6 or 7 it seems like too much and I feel like crap.Comment

Asleep by 10:30 p.m. and wake up every morning (Even on weekend) at 7:00 a.m.
I get 8 hours of sleep, the half hour is built in for time to fall asleep and to make up for times I wake up in the middle of the night hahaComment
