I used to have trouble sleeping (I'd often sit there looking at the ceiling trying to fall asleep for hours) then I started getting up early and working out in the morning and now I sleep great. You guys tried that?

I think that's my problem, I work out pretty late at 7pm or even at 9. Usually its earlier but since NBA has started I been working out later and later. I get pretty amped and i'm up with things just racing through my head. It might also be this new business I'm setting up with my parents, a lot of stress lately.

Yeah stress and working out at night can both be sleep killer's for sure. I remember years ago I was thinking of quitting my job and starting my own business and the thought of having to go in an actually do it was playing on my mind so much I was lucky to get a few hours sleep each night because I would lay there thinking about all the little details etc involved.

Maybe try getting up at 5am for a while and working out then so that by the time you get to bed at night you'll be pretty much exhausted and hopefully fall asleep much more quickly? Probably not for everyone but it really worked wonders for me.
