        Yeah I thought I seen his name around here before. He seems to be doing pretty well. Got his own website and doing 2 podcasts a week now. He really got a pretty good size following.

        Like the guy or hate the guy, it is always nice to see fellow OSers start their own website. Kind of like Pastapadre, Tomba did.

            I remember Tomba, I didn't know PastaPadre was over here. How long did he last?

                Just got pulled in for my first performance review unexpectedly. I knew it was coming up, but didn't think it would be today. It couldn't have gone any better. I am now officially certified and off of probation after only 6 months. The guy that started the same day as me got his extended for another 6, so I guess it's not automatic.

                Starting next pay period I will be able to start flex scheduling.

                            Pasta still posts here, albeit it is very rare and usually is only in the game forum/ Madden or NCAA forum.

                                        Did a search and Tomba is still active. In fact, he just posted today. I also noticed that despite him having a white name, I can see his post count. PastaPadre hasn't posted since last June though.

                                                I am the payroll accountant/supervisor for the County government here. It was big to get certified as that makes me officially part of the AFSCME union. It will now basically take an act of Congress to fire me or lay me off if I don't blatantly do something to bring it upon myself. And if either happen, there will be a nice parachute.

                                                        It happened last Friday night. If anyone remembers a thread from the Supporters Forum about 4-5 months ago, I asked fellow OS'ers about asking the dad for permission before asking the girl. Well I talked to him and it was the best decision I could have done. He was really impressed I came to him and my girlfriend (now fiancee) was equally impressed that I went to him first.

                                                        I'm very happy to finally take the next step and it looks like we'll be getting married sometime late May, early June.
