You know, I complain a lot about my football teams for a guy who likes the favorite to win the ACC and a young team that outperforms expectations and is .500.

I think I made the guy at that potential workplace a little angry... They advertised for an opening several days ago. I emailed them my resume and cover letter, and still no reply. So, I decided to call them. I asked the guy who answered there to talk to the HR department, so he started asking question, and didn't seem to like the idea of me talking to them. So I said I need to postpone a job interview (LOL!) and the guy asked who I was in touch with... This is when it got funny...haha... I said that I had applied for that position and need to talk to them and see that they received my email and all that. So the guy says "So, you just sent your resume and cover letter...hmmm...so if they consider you for this position they'll contact you". So I said that I just want to make sure me email didn't go to spam or anything, so he said they scan even their junk-mail and that everyone is very busy and they can't talk now.

LOL, I knew it might screw things, but what have I got to lose?

Yep, tomorrow! First hockey game I'll be at this season, looking forward to this match-up. Catching it on the tube tonight. Should be a good series.

I had such a hard time falling asleep last night I put on SpaceCamp. I used to watch it all the time when I was younger but I probably haven't seen it in 20 years. Made me remember how hot I thought Lea Thompson was.
