Seeing that they're one of the most successful bands ever that have inspired countless songs, movies, and other media... yes, I think I can safely say you are the only one that thinks they're garbage.

DVR'd The Simpsons from Sunday night and watched it this morning.

Moe: Hey, Homer, you ever think about racing that bird?

As for the Beatles, I like some of their songs and like any great act there's some over-ratedness but you can't deny the impact that band had and has on popular music.

No. They get paid the same, don't matter if they recruit 25 kids a month or 6 a month. Sure they have quotas they have to meet or I should say would like to meet.

But nope no bonus or commission. One of my neighbors is an army recruiter....He says it sucks but the best thing about it is that it is one of the few jobs in the military that is close to a 9 to 5 civilian job.

Meaning he gets to come home to his wife and family at pretty much the same time every day because for the most part recruit hours are like office hours. A lot of driving though.

Yikes, Kinda reminds me of a wedding this past summer in the Toronto area. It turns out one of the people had gang ties and was shot up. Sadly the groom was in the crossfire and killed too if memory serves.
