I think they based Buffalo Bill off Gein.

Ridley Scott actually went to Florence to shoot the 1st movie there. The guy was some curator at a wealthy Florentine villa.

Just finished a book.of short stories that was put together by Neil Gaiman. 27 stories from 27 writers. I only knew four of them before I read it, but liked all but one of them. Looks like I have 22 new authors to check out.

Next on the list is the Lost Symbol. Figured the first two Dan Brown books were quick and entertaining, so I'll finish the trilogy.

Finished "Swan Song" Pretty good Post-Nucleur Apocalypse book.

Would make an excellent HBO series...

Just finished the Stieg Larsson trilogy. 3 solid books.

Supposedly their is a chunk of the 4th book out there. Larsson wrote it before he died.

Currently in the middle of The Game Of Thrones set. I can't believe I'm actually reading this genre of books, but extremely entertaining and informative if you watch the show.

Lost Symbol was alright. Brown's books read like screenplays, so it gets kind of annoying at times.

When I returned my last book to the library, I decided to wander around for a few minutes to see if anything caught my eye for my next read. I like to alternate between fiction & history to keep things fresh, so after reading In the Garden of Beasts, it was time for some fun:



The yellow spine with "PALAHNIUK" in big red letters really draws the eyes.

Just finished Wool Omnibus (All five wool books collected as one). Very entertaining book. If you ever wanted to read a book about how life would be in one the vaults in fallout 3 hundeds of years after the apocalyspe then this book is for you because thats basically the synopsis.

I want to stay behind the TV show with the books on this. Because I love the TV show and I want to continue being surprised by it.

You'll like it if you like his other work. It takes a few pages to be able to understand what he's saying, but I loved this book.

I need to read GoT again. I got sidetracked when I started Clash of Kings with tax season and fun things like that. I actually made up a Summer reading list I just need to decide which book I want to read first.

Anyone reading The Walking Dead? (although not a book) I am on issue 89. I had read most on my iPhone, but got a Kindle Fire yesterday, so I want to catch up before issue 100 is out.


I also want to read World War Z, but going to check out The Zombie Survival Guide first.

I'm on the second volume (I have the TPBs which compile every 6 issues) which is where they start off from camp. I've read the first two before, but I have two or three more on my bookshelf waiting to be read.
