    Re: New Year's Resolutions- 2011

Get in shape. I would have been in the process of doing that last year, but I wasn't allowed to workout after it almost killed me or whatever so hopefully I don't repeat the same thing. Sucks not having a workout partner though. Makes things a lot easier.

Also I need to talk to make more friends and talk to more females.

      I'll give you some.

I'm sitting right under 200 and my goal is to be at 140 by the end of the year.

It won't happen, but hey, a man can dream.

I hope work out 3-5 times a week, drink more water, read more books of interest, and try to do some community service.

Its crazy how everyones goal is to lose weight, I'd like to gain some. I'm 6'1, 165 right now, I'd like to weight 185 by the end of next year and maybe lose a few % points of body fat. Other than that, I'd like to become an active trader of forex/stocks, get back in school and start going to church more frequently.

Get more toned and build muscle. I don't need to lose weight but I would like to be more toned.

                      Re: New Year's Resolutions- 2011

I'll be trying again to lose some serious weight... I tried to get it going over the summer, had gotten to about 35 lbs. lost from my starting point in October, but have since found about 15 of those pounds again. Losing 20 pounds in 6 months isn't awful but I know if I finally stick with it I can really accomplish something.

                        1. Properly file all appropriate bills/receipts/etc. & budget efficiently. I spend money freely at the moment and need to actually look at how much I'm "wasting".

                        2. Become more constructive with my free time.

                        3. Win the police department "biggest loser" (starts on 1/3/11). I've gone from 215 to 225. I'm going to try and gain some weight the next week to get over 230. Then I'll be doing a low carb diet to try and get down to 205. I think 25 lbs in 11 weeks might win. Then I'll get back to the 210-215 range and get my bf% under 10.

I'd like to do that, as well. My C in Calculus kept that from happening this semester. I did awful on the final exam, which killed my grade.

I dont believe in New Years Resolutions, but I hope to make these positive changes:

                                1. Work out, build muscle and a nice body for when I move for grad school. My Dad has a gym in his garage, I have classes 1 day a week. I am out of excuses.

                                2. More than you may want to know but :

                                4. learn, or at least get somewhere in the guitar.

                                5. Reestablish myself well in the new area that will be where I pursue graduate studies and succeed

                                6. Not drink as much. Honestly, I am about 6 or 7 shots deep as I type this.

                                7. Finish my backlog of videogames (see thread in the "Non-sports gaming forum")

                                8. Quit smoking. My wallet needs the break.
