I am not going to lie though, not a chance in hell I could make it through the stabalizing period.
Don't even get me started on medicine and vaccines. It's all about the homemade chicken broth and basketball.

For the "stabilizing" period... the easiest way to do it is to just do it and get a natural deodorant of course helps.

Not a huge fan of medicine, and I refuse to take any type of vaccines.

Alright, I'm about a week in. A couple days ago I accidentally put showergel on my stomach as i was staring off into space. I began freaking out and turned the water up as hot as I could stand and wiped it off of myself hysterically.

Anyway, I'm definitely having a problem with dandruff. It's pretty dang bad. Fortunately I haven't had to go out in public yet. I need to go to the barbershop this weekend so I'm gonna have to vacuum my scalp or something before it turns into the most embarrassing day of my life.

As far as BO goes, I don't really smell anything. When I sweat I feel like my clothes just smell like sweat. Also I'm aware that body odor is very much tied to what you eat and body hair can be responsible for it too so I took certain measurements to avoid that.

My skin's still kinda dry. I'm still ashy, doesn't seem quite as bad though, but then again I haven't spent much time outside. I also thought I might breakout since I'm not using anything but water on my face but so far so good.

I definitely still need my deodorant though...

You know the saying things get the darkest before dawn? I would expect this to take a min of 2 weeks but closer to a month before you body attempts to adjust. I would bet the last few days before your body adjust could be a little rough. Good luck man

I can personally vouch for the "food affecting your stink." I run into serious issues if I consume too much garlic.

This is turning into a fascinating thread, I may give it a go as well.

It's called Polyphasic Sleeping and I can personally vouch for it being possible. The initial sleep deprevation is difficult, but with a strong will of mind and a true dedication (and probably some help from a friend to make sure you dont oversleep), you'd be amazed to discover what the body can do. People VASTLY underestimate the adaptability of the human body and power of the mind.

I have no doubt that this "no soap, no shampoo" thing is real. It seems to closely resemble what our bodies go through when we fast. The initial bad breath (for example, morning breath... as when we wake up in the morning we have essentially been fasting for 8+ hours), which goes away as the fast goes on. However, I think some people are confusing no soap and shampoo for no shower... the two are vastly different
