Beat me too it.
Life's too short to give up everything we love and unless you are shooting for some crazy low bodyfat % it's really not needed either.
Besides it's be proven in numerous studies that people who drink actually live longer than those that don't.

Weighed in just shy of 276. I have weighed the same now for 5 out of the past 7 weeks at my weekly weigh in. So I guess you could call that hitting the wall! Need to find some motivation to get moving again.Comment

I'm not on any kind of weight loss kick, but I've went from 228 down to 217-218 (depending on the time of day) in a little over a month. The only thing I've done is cut out out most of my soda and I'm back in the gym 4-5 days a week. I still eat what I want, for the most part (I just cut out most snacks). It's not bad considering I'm 6'3" and I'm not really watching weight because I'm working out... just thought it was crazy how fast I dropped without changing much besides what I like to do (which is going to the gym).Comment

That's a huge thing right there. I think if you cut out all full sugar versions of soda (we call it soft drink here in Australia) the world would be a much healthier (and less fat) place.

Basically, I don't eat breakfast and during the week I eat a super light lunch so that I can eat what I want (to a degree) for a dinner and not have to worry. Just have to make sure that you get enough protein at dinner.
I also run on the treadmill during my lunch breaks as my local gym is a 2 minute walk from where I work. I haven't been able to for 2 weeks, because I have been working on the house then and after work until about 9 PM but I should be able to get back there next week.
I weighed in at 270 this morning, must be dehydrated.Comment

I'm doing same thing basically, never been a breakfast person. Then some ramen or sandwich for lunch an whatever I feel like for dinner. That's more of the college life for me then an actual diet, but hey it's been working just gotta start taking my protein more as I haven't been to the gym due to NCAA and schoolworkSaints, LSU, Seminoles, Pelicans, Marlins, LightningComment

Well I gained to much wight real fast over the last year. I went on a strict diet as of a month ago, I mean strict. I got up to 260, now a month and little week after chaining my diet and drinking nothing but water all day long. I'm 238lbs now, I lost 22lbs in a little over a month.
