We make sweet bonuses too, which is great because I get one right before Thanksgiving (BLACK FRIDAY!!) and one right before Memorial Day (Drunk weekend on me!).

And the ones they don't outsource, they going to merge 4 regional sites into 1.
My company is looking to do the same. Outsource some work to India for 26/hr. Half the people here don't make that which is what really bothers me about mine. Instead of doing that, they could offer the same pay as overtime to workers here, get 2x the production, and make everyone happy. But no, they are too disconnected to understand that and it makes me sick.

Software engineer, love it. Hopefully I never get promoted to management (but I want to keep getting promoted to higher levels of software engineer, of course).

            Re: Who loves their job?

I really, really like my job..can't quite say "love" though as it's not my dream job (teaching and coaching highschool baseball), but it is what I went to school for and pays a helluva lot more.

I'm a senior financial analyst for a major retailer. I work with great people and have bosses that seem to have my best interest at heart (I've been promoted from junior analyst to analyst to senior anlayst in about 4 and a half years).

There are definitely busy times and slow times, but everything is super flexible and as long as you get your work done on time and it's accurate, nobody asks a lot questions. I'm salaried, so whether I work 35 hours of 50 hours, my pay is the same (luckily there aren't a whole lot of 50's). Nobody cares if I show up at 8:00 or 8:30 or 9:00 and noody cares when I need to take time off to go take the kids to the doctor or see my daughters recital, etc.

The downside is the work is very repetitive and that makes the week's, month's, quarters and years just fly by as you constantly are re-doing what you just did.

I love my job, but the pay is so-so. Teaching high school is fun (after that 1st year). Great hours, tons of paid holidays, plenty of sick/personal days, nice benefits.

              Every day brings something new.

I love my job. I work from home most days. I travel to different cities to acquire different properties and then sell them off. I get paid a ton to do nothing really. I do work on weekends sometimes but, that's only if I'm traveling.

Last year me and my best friend had jobs at the Florida Marlins spring training clubhouse was pretty awesome, I have that aftercare job I really love but I convinced my boss to let me work from 2-4ish for a few weeks so I can do the spring training job again this year.
