    I saw it around 2.97 here, probably cheaper if I drive around.

        I routinely pay around $2.40 to $2.75 a gallon due to Price Chopper reward points. A few times I even got down to a $1.75 a gallon. Just depends on how much you spend at the grocery store.

                                        Some of the closer stations are $2.99 now, though I think it's 5-10 cents cheaper a in the southern part of my county (as usual). I'm sure it's much cheaper in southern VA since I believe their gas taxes are significantly cheaper than North Carolina's.
