Aww man, his voice kills it!

Pretty good video though; it shows how well he has responded to this and how good he still feels about what he did. Again, I just hope he leaves this as a one-note event and doesn't begin initiating some fights on his own. I don't think he will, but the encouragement will surely be a lot for him to take in that he might feel his demeanor will go sour to get another hit online.

I haven't seen the actual video, but I've heard all about this story, and gotta say- good for the bully "victim". Rather than run to an attorney or talk about how depressed he is on Facebook, he actually fought back. Bravo!

That's easy enough, counter sue, its all on tape. Casey should sue for damages resulting in mental anguish for having to put up with this garbage for so long. If the Bully's parents want to go down that path, let them. I am sure their are plenty of lawyers that will join Casey's cause pro bono and ruin the bully's family once and for all.

Yeah I am not shocked. Picking up a little kid and then slamming him to the ground is probably not going to look good in the eyes of a judge either. I talk to a judge at work about this last week. She told me she probably wouldn't drop the charges. Even though this kid got pick on she is afraid he might snap again and really hurt some one. People are always going to get pick on, but snapping the way he did might not be good in the judges eyes.

She said probably. That means she would look like all the evidence. The thing is it is great they have him getting it in the face but it is also bad they have him slamming that kid too. A judge will look at that too. I wish the best for the kid. At the end of the day they are both kids. So I hope they both get the help they need.

Lol, she is not an idiot. The judges have to think what is best for the society. I for the record would not charge him, but I do see her side too.
