Oh I agree. But we aren't any less safe because of it, either.

        Interesting fact.

"On May 1st, 1945, Hitler was confirmed dead. On May 1st, 2011 Bin Laden was confirmed dead."
"Okay, here's the story. I come from the gutter. I know that. I got no education... but that's okay. I know the street, and I'm making all the right connections. With the right woman, there's no stopping me. I could go right to the top."

Exactly. People aren't celebrating because we suddenly think we're "safe."

We're celebrating the fact that the mastermind behind one of the worst disasters in American history has been killed, by a team from our country no less.

Agreed. We can celebrate and still be vigilant. I don't know where anyone said, "he's dead, so we're done and it's over." Because it isn't over obviously.

But this is a big accomplishment. This has been going on for a decade...That's almost half my life.

                1) Obama timed the order perfectly. During the Royal Wedding where the rest of the world was pre-occupied, good thinking.

                2) THE ROOF, THE ROOF, THE ROOF IS ON FIRE...!

please allow me a moment to join this classic world moment.

Thank You America. Thank. You. Indeed...

And this ish is crazy how the entire world has blown up with reaction so quickly. I think everybody is going to have the worst Monday collectively in offices all over the country for real because nobody is sleep right now.

Some one will take over, but having his guy gone is a great thing. He is their leader and spiritual leader. Almost like a god himself. Always getting away always getting out in time. This will do a lot to their cell groups.

What a great moment. I'm glad he finally met up with justice.

I work at a pretty large sports bar, and since there wasn't any sports on tonight it pretty much turned into a celebration that Bin Laden was finally gone. The majority of the guests happened to be military members tonight as well, so that made it even more special.

Actually, I'm not but since my comment seemed to bother some in here, I'll just leave it alone. Guess that's what happens when one person doesn't go along with the flow of the rest of a thread.
