Yep, but there's so many factors, such as the possibility in-fighting? I would assume things may have been in place for such a situation but all we can count on is uncertainty and prepare ourselves for it.

But casting that aside, I'm really interested to see how the world shapes because of this event.

Only one I can think of is Hussein, but the biggest celebration was when he was captured, not put to death.
