      As long as a Wikipedia article is well-sourced, I don't see what the issue is with it. My personal opinion is that the view that Wikipedia can't be used as a legitimate source of information is rather archaic. In fact, I'm sure nearly every poster here has gone to Wikipedia at some point in search of some information and, upon finding it, accepted it as fact.

      That is my contribution to this thread.

                Nobody is denying its not called the Gulf of Mexico, but it is in the greater body of water known as the Atlantic ****ing Ocean. It's like saying the US is not part of North America.

                      During college I lived close to the Pamlico Sound...which is part of the Atlantic Ocean.
