Stilll not happy about that. I lost the only high-def channels I had (no HD cable for me currently) so football is no longer extra glorious to watch on tv anymore.

I remember the first time somebody told me it was the AllState guy, I didn't believe them. Pretty crazy.

Is that only a Comcast DVR problem? Because my DVR (DirecTV) still records things when I turn it off, don't know how the hell it does, but it does.

Well, at least the blue light is off, not sure if that means the DVR is actually "off".

                **** it.

I ordered a Memphis BBQ Chicken Pizza (chicken, cheddar, provolone, onions, bbq sauce, extra cheddar and some banana peppers)..

Now, I'll have to pick it up on my way to the gym and try to forget it's in my car for a few hours

I want to know how you manage to stay at the gym for a few hours. I usually can get in a full body workout in under two hours.

If I'm working out later at night (like tonight) It's usually closer to 1 1/2 and that's usually targeting just a few groups. I'm not really sure though, I usually do spend 1 1/2 - 2 hours...

Do you take long breaks between exercises? Like I was there for an hour today and did chest, triceps, biceps, shoulders, back, and core. Pretty much the entire upper body in just over an hour. But I usually only take 30 second breaks between exercises and am up-tempo all time.

I'll get in and jump straight to about 15-20 mins of cardio to get my blood pumping really good and then spend about 30 minutes on working Biceps, Chest, Forearms, and traps.. (This is my first time making the transition from Chest/Tris to Back/Bis) and then probably rest for about 3-5 minutes and then work abs for 10-15 and then back to the weights for another 15-20 and then probably get back on the treadmill for about 5 minutes and head home..

I don't really take many breaks and I get most of my workout ideas from a guy who's an ex bodybuilder and a licensed doctor in town and also happens to be the gym owner..

I'll probably run into a few folks from work and that may end up wasting another 10 minutes, but other then that.. I'm working the whole time I'm there..

I don't do cardio at all, that easily cuts a good amount of time off. And I never talk to anyone there either.

I used to be a believer in cardio having it's own specific day, but the results I've been seeing have squashed that theory completely. I'm looking to be in all around better shape, especially with some of the local spring sports around the corner..

I've always heard cardio will not help me bulk up like I'm trying to do. I'm trying to just get bigger and stronger all over right now. It makes sense why cardio would do that, it drains the calories I need to put on the weight, but I also feel cardio would help me look more cut at the same time.

I have a strong core, and my abs are slightly visible, but I can't tell if I just have extra skin their or a slim layer of fat. It's a flat stomach and the abs can be seen a bit, but you can pinch a good bit, but it feels nothing like fat, just some extra skin.
