I just have an associates in marketing.

I never pursued college any further, unlike most of you guys.

I do have a lot of useful qualifications, though. I went to school for 6 months and got my commercial drivers licenses and I'm certified to work above or underground as a miner, but I don't really apply either of the two to anything.. it's just there for if I ever need it + it looks good on a resume.

I've always considered myself to be more of a blue collar kind of guy.

I used to want to get into graphic design. I took Graphic Arts at a local technical school for two years, while I went to highschool. I learned a lot of cool stuff, even some older techniques no longer used, like developing pictures in a dark room. I was considered the class "photoshop wiz", because I was all ready fairly good with it before even getting in the class. Learned how to design a website in photoshop, cut and slice it and upload it ready for someone to use;.

I still ask myself, sometimes, why I didn't pursue a career in that field, any further. I'm still 22 and I've got a lot of different directions I can turn. Right now, I'm just focused on making and saving money for the immediate future, then I will look long term.

That changed since the last time I think we talked about this. Journalism is no more. Found a better fit for what I wanted to do.

I couldn't think of a major, so I'm just getting my Personal Trainer certification after switching from Music to Computer Science to Business to Nursing.

Btw, for those of you that say "bitches are crazy" ... I've "married in" (not married kinda never wanna do it) to a family that 90 percent don't work. They're like a never ending frat party. Sweet people , but omg none are proactive. My ball n chain yells at me when I discuss renting a house yelling "it's too stressful" ... Good God, if I wanted to make every decision in a relationship I wouldn't have a "partner".

If you don't know what I'm talking 'bout cool... Lol.

but those of you that do... I'm tired of pulling my weight and then somewhat more.

I think I'm dating someone who's I'll- equipped for life. but I'm in love. WTF do you do with that??

Either learn to love it or dump the person and find someone else. Chances are you aren't going to change this person and you'd probably be miserable trying to get them to change.

I've had some second thoughts in regard to continuing in Elementary Education especially with the way Education is going in FL and the fact that I just love sports. However, I like helping kids and well the hours/vacations is a plus. Also so far there's like 90% chicks in the 3 major classes i've taken

I had an ex that went through elementary education, and she probably had two male classmates her junior and senior year. There's not many male elementary teachers at all. If you stick with it, you'll have an easier time finding a job because of that. Secondary, the demand isn't as much.

I'm looking forward to it because I like teaching people. I like coaching people in sports and doing job training soon. And the fact that you never really stop learning. Summers off is a really nice bonus

Probably shouldn't be something you decide the direction of your life based off of.
