Am I a bad person for having fun in embarrassing easily embarrassed friends in public places by drawing unnecessary attention to us?
Just because I break out into spontaneous singing and hip thrusting on the train doesn't make me a bad person just because you won't join me!

My mother was threatened to death when she was assaulted last night. It helps me putting things in perspective since she's so important to me and I don't know how would my brothers and I live without her, thank God nothing happened.Comment

That's sad to hear, but glad she is okay. I'm not sure how I would handle myself in that situation, but a couple plastic cards, phone, and cash isn't worth a struggle to me. Its amazing she managed to remain calm during that.

Why do these idiots always ask for credit cards when it's very easy to cancel it almost straight away..? They always seem to look past that.She was waiting outside of some friend's house and some young guy pointed her with a gun and took her iphone, credit cards and purse. She's okay, thankfully she didn't react at all, she was calmed almost unaware of the situation.
Sorry to hear that though. I had a similar incident happen to me once but they didn't bother asking. Was out one night in October 2 years ago with some friends. Just walking, talking.. We decided to cross a field that is used by the school next door and sports, and we hear a bunch of shouting. Didn't think nothing of it. Next thing we knew we had about 10+ guys, older than us, sprinting at us. One confronted my friend then decked him, then my best friend was doubled up on, hit over the head with a bottle, and knocked to the floor.
While all that was going on, one guy shouted get the bikes, and then the they all quickly turned on me and my other friend. I saw my two friends stagger away quickly so we took off in the other direction with our bikes and try to get help. They must of chased us a good 10 minutes before we reached a main road as the whole time we could hear them when we stopped to see if they were there.
Turns out that night, they attacked 4 different groups of friends and a security guard.
Scariest thing ever. Amazed how your mom stayed calm, as when it happened to me I had about 50,000 different things going through my head. I just froze not knowing what was going on.Comment
