Coffee ice cream. Amazing...

This place around here has a dessert called the Pick Me Up. Coffee ice cream with espresso powder and chocolate coffee beans.

I always skip dessert, but not when I go there. Soooo good.

Ah, I remember those days. Just out of school with a bunch of friends still in school or looking for jobs. Picking up their bar tabs like you were rich or something. Wish I could go back there.

I received my first big boy check a month earlier than I had anticipated...and although it was based on part time hours...needless to say I was excited.

Now, it enters on the 20th...and 80% is gone a week later. -_-

A week later? You're lucky. I get paid monthly. So on the 31st, the deposit is made, but of course it won't be available until the 1st.

By the 1st, 85% of it has gone towards bills and groceries.

I get paid monthly, too. It's just certain bills don't post until the end of the month(get paid on the 20th).

Clear blue sky's. I don't mean the days when there's a few clouds,or a real light covering, I mean it's entirely just blue sky. It usually has a much better feel to the day when things look like that,especially in summer when sky like that means it's sunny until 8-9pm.

And in the night when there's a few clouds in the sky, and the light off the moon goes onto the clouds. Looks kind of cool. Obviously better than just a black sky, or sky entirely filled with abunch of grey clouds.

Yes..sounds strange that's what I'm posting in this thread, but it's better than posting so much more in grind my gears thread lol.

Tiny towns. In and out of the DMV for license renewal in 5 minutes. No lines....When I lived in big cities, that was a 2 to 3 hour event. And in Chicago particular, the DMV on the westside right off the expressway, the lines started outside the building. Then you make it inside the building, it was 6 more long lines.

Not just stuff like that, but just being in places where there's barely any people to begin with. I remember sometimes spending my lunch going shopping at times, and everything like buses and the store would be so empty. Could get everything done so fast cause there was nobody around. And other times when I go home, I usually take the route with next to nobody there, so while it's a longer route, it takes much less time to go through since there's nobody around.
