That is a lot of milk.

How regular are you? You must be laying brown eggs every hour!

Please, keep a plunger on your hip at all times.

Just wish there were better ways to enjoy this stuff guilt free.
      I hear you B....

But honestly....if you think about any of that you'd never eat anything that wasn't grown in the ground....and I'm just not ready for that.

I was saying that post tongue in cheek(I think you realized that though)

Oh I know! Trust me! It is definitely something that requires an entire lifestyle change. It is not for everyone, and people will all handle it differently, at different stages and paces.

And I know your humor. Was just using your post as a perfect opportunity for my reasoning I cut down on dairy. That it wasn't mainly for the side effects it has, but mostly after seeing how these animals were "maintained". Also I have noticed huge positives for going cold turkey on no dairy as well.

Then doing research and realizing the negatives can outweigh the positive with its consumption. Also knowing I can get the same nutrients plus more without the huge fat and cholesterol content in traditional milk is a great bonus.

Cheese is definitely the hardest to kick, that stuff is like crack!
