Many years ago, I was at a Hardee's drive thru. I couldn't make out what the hell they were saying and wound up with a low carb thickburger. Damn thing was just a burger wrapped in some lettuce. Dumbest thing I've ever heard of. Who gets a burger that large and then puts it in lettuce?

I need to get out of here soon. Unsuccessfully tried to get a job. Walked about 6-7 miles through the Ruston community. I'm sore, I managed to scratch up my DVD's so I have to buy a whole new set (thankfully the 2 I burned are okay), and I have to deal with two grown women losing their gotdamn minds every 2-3 days. They've resorted to calling the police on each other (they are here right now in fact >.<).

Just 5 more days until I get the money necessary (my dad is going to put it into my paypal....I hope) to order my birth certificate online. I would have been had it had my guy at the bank (who set up my initial student account) not moved to a different branch.

I'ma need to call in some favors...

It's the same thing as mayo, the fast food restaurants are way too liberal with it.

It's not so much as liberal as it's not like there was more lettuce than burger. It was the fact that they wrapped a 1/3 pound burger in a piece of lettuce. I mean, I guess if you want to save carbs, but you probably shouldn't be eating a meal like that if you are trying to cut back on carbs... and well fat and everything else. Except protein.

Awesome morning so far. I have a 1 year old with a fever that has to be sent home from daycare and a spouse who's car won't start this morning. And I am stuck @ work trying to get things lined up.

I went in last night and picked up a Samsung S3. I really like it so far, but haven't really played with it much. Certainly a better phone than the Droid X. The iPhone for a penny was a 3G so I stepped up. I ended up keeping the guy past closing by about 20 minutes (I hate those customers), but he was friendly and informative and let me upgrade without the password.

WTF is this upgrade fee, though? I had backed up everything and was hoping to avoid the "data/contact transfer" fee, but **** me they gotta new improved fee they're automatically charging. ****ing penny stealers.

These phone companies act like they are cutting you a deal too, while they are locking you into a contract that's going to cover the cost of that phone in the first month alone.

If you have a good history of paying your bill, they should offer you more free phones. I paid $30 for my Nokia Lumia 920

The upgrade fee is literally a fee that is standard in the cellphone industry. I know nTelos and Att both have them. I asked my brother what it was for, his answer, "absolutely nothing".
